Our DFP Integration Got Fancy

If you use Doubleclick for Publishers and work with BSA, you’re likely already familiar with our DFP integration that makes serving BSA ads a snap.
Well, we went ahead and made it even better. As of this morning, all our publishers who have their BuySellAds account connected to DFP will notice a few improvements in their DFP account. For example:

  • There is now a DFP line item for each ad serving via BuySellAds, so we’ll handle even the smallest orders perfectly.
  • We now support geo-targeting!
  • Better reporting in DFP; every aspect of campaign management will be much clearer in your DFP account.
  • Greater flexibility, as you can now adjust order names to fit into your current system.


 
There are a few things to watch out for, however. When we made the change, it paused every BuySellAds.com Zone # line item, and it will now create a new line item for each new ad that’s submitted from here on out.
Please never un-pause the paused line items, as they will no longer be used.
When a new ad is accepted, you’ll see a line item appear for it. Please don’t touch anything inside the order, because doing so will break the ad serving.
