Prince Charles is currently taking a tour of the Middle East, most recently stopping in Saudi Arabia.
On Tuesday, while in the city of Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, Prince Charles wore traditional dress and joined members of the royal family of Saudi Arabia in the Ardah. The Ardah, commonly known as the sword dance, was performed as part of the 17-day Janadriya culture festival at Der’iya.

For the conservative and polite mother, it can be really disturbing to observe the direction that companies take in order to sell items. Often the manner of advertising involves sex and if you are a pearl-clutching mom, it can be too much.
It was certainly too much for mother Judy Cox. Cox was out shopping with her 18-year-old son at the University Mall in Orem, Utah when she spotted “indecent” T-shirts on display at a PacSun store.
Cox complained to a store manager about the display, but was told that it could not be taken down unless word came from the corporate office.

Cooking Class Explosion Caused By Heating Hot Cocoa

A small fire erupted inside a biology lab at Northside College Prep High School while students were participating in a class activity. The project involved heating hot chocolate on a single-burner stove under the supervision of an instructor. The gas used during the activity ultimately triggered the fire; however, the sprinkler system quickly extinguished the flames. According to Chicago Fire Department Spokesman Larry Langford the fire reportedly began around 10:30. “The fire was doused immediately,” Spokesman Langford said.

Ukraine: President Declares Truce Finally Reached

If reports are to be believed, a truce has been declared between the Ukrainian government and anti-government protesters. This news comes just after a majorly violent clash, the worst seen in the country since Ukraine first broke away from the Soviet Union.
The recent attempt by Ukrainian police forces to clear the main protester stronghold in Kiev resulted in at least 26 deaths and hundreds of injuries.

Nun Sentenced in Nuclear Plant Breach

The 84-year-old nun, Sister Megan Rice, who was charged with breaching security during a peaceful protest at nuclear facility Y-12 has been sentenced to 2 years and 11 months in prison, according to CNN.
She and two accomplices are guilty of breaking into the facility to protest. The three cut through a chain-link fence, walked a mile, then cut through three more.
