The severe weather put both racers and spectators in danger, prompting authorities to stop the race and wait for the track to dry.

HTC to Fix Cracked Cell Phone Screens

In the past, a cracked cell phone screen meant having to buy a new phone, which is good news for the cell phone company, but bad news for the customer. That’s all about to change, however, thanks to HTC.
The HTC Corporation is offering to repair cracked screens for six months for those who have purchased HTC One phones in the United States, as part of its new program, HTC Advantage. The company will only repair one cracked screen per phone.

Last week, Apple released an update that would fix the flaw on mobile devices running iOS, such as iPhones, iPads and iPods, and they are encouraging all Apple device users to download it. Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman, the head honcho of the Sinaloa Cartel, was finally arrested on Saturday February 22. The Mexican cartel is famous for trafficking drugs into the United States, Europe, Asia, and even Australia. Last year, Chicago declared Guzman as Public Enemy Number One. The United States had sought Guzman’s extradition in the past, and had offered $5 million bounty on the drug lord’s head.

Danica Patrick: 1 Million Twitter Followers

Danica Patrick is the first Nascar driver to top 1 million Twitter followers. The racer reached that mark just before the season opener at the Daytona 500 on Sunday.
“It just shows what incredible and loyal fans I have,” she said during an interview with the Associated Press prior to the race. “It’s pretty humbling that 1 million people are curious about what I have to say and what I’m doing. I really can’t thank everyone enough for their passion and interest.”
