Google And Yandex Partner Up On Display Ads

Yandex, Russia’s leading search engine company, announced that it has struck an advertising partnership with Google, which will see Google’s DoubleClick Bid Manger connect to Yandex’s own real-time bidding system. Yandex’s demand-side platform AWAPS will join Google’s DoubleClick AdExcahnge.
The deal is only related to display advertising, and has no effect on text-based contextual ads.

‘Outlast’ DLC is Coming in April

Last fall developer Red Barrels unleashed Outlast on PC gamers. The non-combat survival horror game was generally well-received and took its place among classic horror games with a mix of helpless running and disgusting/terrifying art. Warner Bros. has released a new trailer for Godzilla in which fans get to hear the monstrous roar and see Bryan Cranston freak out.
The movie’s second trailer debuted online on Tuesday, and shows why “Godzilla” is synonymous with destruction and mayhem. The trailer gives viewers sweeping shots of the smoldering city, a skyline covered in smoke, falling sky jumpers, a gargantuan rising tide, and people running for their lives.

Leopard Attack Over: Big Cat Finally Exits Meerut

Citizens of Meerut, India are finally getting back to normal life after days of being held hostage by a leopard. The animal was first spotted in the Indian village on Sunday.
Local forest official Sushant Sharma told CNN on Tuesday that an attempt had been made to capture the big cat when it was cornered in an area hospital. However the leopard found a way to outsmart its would-be captors and scurry away.

Paul Rudd Takes On Fallon’s Lip Sync Battle

Paul Rudd seems like a guy who’s up for anything. His sense of humor–as can be seen in “Anchorman”–is just as silly as, say, Jimmy Fallon’s, so when the two get together you know something good is going to happen.
Fallon kept up the momentum of his first week at “The Tonight Show” with a lip sync battle, allowing Rudd to go first since he was the guest. Rudd, who isn’t afraid to look silly in order to get a laugh, decided to pick a Tina Turner song to kick things off and really got into it, working the microphone and throwing hand gestures out for the full effect.

Windows Phone 8.1 Can Be Flashed Onto Android Devices

Since its inception, Windows Phone has been a closed platform. Just like with iOS, you have to buy the hardware if you want the software. Starting with Windows 8.1, Microsoft will be making its mobile OS a bit more open.
At Mobile World Congress, Microsoft announced that Windows 8.1 can be flashed onto Android devices. No more will those interested in Windows Phone have to buy Windows Phone hardware. With this new feature, they can simply convert an existing Android device into a Windows Phone device.
